T-Shirt Preparation

Other than to launder your shirts, so they will be clean, there's not much else you need to do. Please do not cut yourshirts, send the whole shirt. If you want the shirt pieces left over after cutting, I can return them to you. If there is more than one design on a shirt, please pin (sticky notes can fall off) a note on the shirt telling me what design or designs you would like me to use. Remember, that any stains or discolorations that appear on your shirt design, will also be on your quilt 

Estimated Time of Delivery

It usually takes between 4-6 weeks to complete your quilt. Around holidays and graduation it can take a bit longer. During those peak times an estimated delivery time will be posted on the website.

Placing An Order

To place an order simply contact The QuiltMaker by using the contact form. The QuiltMaker will then contact you so we can create your keepsake quilt. You may pay either by check, money order, or Zelle. A 50% deposit is required when you place your order and I receive your t-shirts. Final payment is due prior to the delivery or shipment of your quilt. If you are paying by check, allow extra time for your check to clear, as I will not ship your quilt until it has cleared.

Shipping Information

All out of town orders will be shipped, insured, via FedEX Ground unless other arrangements are made.  No quilt will be shipped until final payment is received.

Return Policy

Occasionally there will be quilts available for sale. If for any reason you are not happy with this purchase, it my be returned for refund within 10 days of receiving the quilt. It must be returned in it's original condition, and must be insured when shipped. Custom t-shirt and commemorative quilts cannot be returned.

Release Policy

The QuiltMaker reserves the right to publish pictures of your completed quilt
