Quilt Sizes

The size of the t-shirt blocks determines the overall quilt size. In general individual block size is usually 12 to 15 inches. Most quilts made with children's t-shirts have 12 inch block sizes while most quilts made with adult t-shirts have 14 inch blocks. Block size is determined by the largest t-shirt design in your collection. Sometimes it is necessary to adjust the row or column size to accomodate the largest designs so all your t-shirt blocks won't end up the same size. General sizes are listed below:

Neck Tie Quilt

This quilt was made from a collection of 64 neck ties and is almost 6 feet in diameter. The center features a single tie, tied in a windsor knot, under a collar, left loose so favorite tie tack could be added. 64 ties is the maximum size for a neck tie quilt.

Pricing is $10 per neck tie.
